Mindfulness Meditation

Mindful meditation is a form of meditation that focuses on bringing the body, mind, and spirit into the present moment. It brings awareness to the here and now so you can release anything that disconnects you from higher levels of consciousness. I use this as a part of my yoga container services.

What To Expect

Body will be grounded and encouraged to be in a comfortable position

Awareness will be brought on the present; whether that is focusing on: colors, chakra points, senses, feelings, and environment

You will be encouraged to let go of all judgement for the present moment and for yourself
